Gonna throw it out there, my aim is to get to as close 80kg as possible (177lbs).
Sorry meant long term aim. This September month is the kick starter. 1kg / 2lbs a week is the goal.This is a 1 month challenge...so 25lbs in a month probably isn't feasible..
