Alright, here's how we do it.
A person wished for something they'd like. Then the next person grants their wish, but the
wish has to turn out bad.
Examples:
I wish I could go to camp
Wish granted. While there you get rain and the tent is just in the river. So you get cold.
You spend your almost a week in hospital.
I wish my annoying neighbors would move.
Wish granted, but a family of hillbillies bought their house and move in. The two big ones
always say to you "You sure gotta purty mouth"

I took in a driver and putter as a trade. Why not? Well, I took the driver to the range today. It is a Callaway Diablo 10N. This is actually a really nice club. I love the stock shaft (DVS 65), and it has a nice sweet spot and is really straight. Best part, this is the best sounding 460 CC driver I've ever heard. Very solid and subdued. I am impressed.

I'm lookin' to do some gaming this winter. I'm planning to lock myself in the basement with a case of beer and just relax. I'm still on the Playstation 2 console, and I'm looking for those old PS2 game you don't play anymore since PS3 came out. I love the MOH series, and I only have Frontline. I also love the Ace Combat series, and have only playing AC4. So, if you can hook me up with some cheap games or bundle, LMK. I could also use a good controller. Thanks! Jon

Well, I'm not sure what is happening to my game but it is completely going to sh@t. Litterally!!!

I know my expectation levels are far too high for my skill level, but this time around I have no idea what is happening to my game right now.

Typically on a bad round I can hit too many errant tee shots, or my irons are off or the whole short game just leaves me. But right now I cannot even hit a slightly decent shot.

I spent an hour at the range just the other day and I did not hit one good shot.

I started with wedges. Everything went off the hosel,,,EVERYTHING!!! :bang:

Than I decided to work on 8i's. If they weren't 60 yards right or left consecutively the came off the club screaming barely above the ground, carrying maybe 50 yards and rolling another 50ish.

Of about 40 mins. of the 8i I hit maybe three that were semi okay and those very rare ones travelled only 70% of their usual distance.

I was totally frustrated and for some reason I decided to give the driver a shot. Maybe the three best carried somewhere near 200yards and all the others were way off line and much shorter.

If I had to play that day I doubt I could put anything less than double the courses par on the scorecard, for real :confused:.

I have no idea what is going on, how the hell this happened, and even if this will leave problem will leave soon.

I am in serious, SERIOUS trouble!

These are pretty much new. Only played 2 rounds with them before winter hit. Now I have a set of mp60's so I dont need both.

They have TTDG R300 shafts and I will bend them to the specs you want for loft and lie angle. The PW has a different grip than the rest of the set as I changed it to match my other wedges.

Sex on Mars !

The year is 2222 and Mike and Maureen land on Mars after accumulating enough Frequent Flier miles.

They meet a Martian couple and are talking about all sorts of things. Mike asks if Mars has a stock market, if they have laptop computers, how they make money, etc.

Finally, Maureen brings up the subject of sex.

'Just how do you guys do it?' asks Maureen.

The Martian responds, 'Pretty much the way you do.'

A discussion ensues and finally the couples decide to swap partners for the night and experience one another.. Maureen and the male Martian go off to a bedroom where the Martian strips. He's got only a teeny, weenie member about half an inch long and just a quarter-inch thick.

Having recently ho'd a set of Cobra SS forged for a bit more forgiveness I saw a set of irons I've always dreamed of hitting up for grabs and being an STer you can guess the rest.....

Sod forgiveness, give me feel, even if it is off the toe or the hosel, I just don't care, which is probably just as well. Actually they are pretty forgiving and not at all scary at address.

They are fitted with Nippon 950s and Lamkin grips - 4-7i CB-201 and blades 8-pw. Had 2 range sessions with them and am going to play 18 tomorrow - I shall report back.

The shocking pictures and reports coming out of Cumbria this morning show the devastating effects of yesterday's severe rainfall event in northwest England, and unconfirmed figures now suggest that around 314mm (12.5 inches) of rain fell in 24 hours in Seathwaite - which if confirmed would be a new record for the British Isles.

The flooding that has occurred really is on an extraordinary scale with bridges washed away, hundreds of properties flooded and utility services disrupted. With much of the rain that fell still to filter through the river systems, further extensive flooding is expected today. Flooding has also affected parts of southwest Scotland and Wales, and there are flood warnings out for many areas.

Effing rain!!!

Geek Golf Little Bastard

I am 44, and my eye sight has deteriorated recently, in as much as I now near bi-focals. I am already shortsighted, but can't read with my glasses anymore

what will this do golf, and how can I get around it? I assume that looking down on a ball when I'm putting with glasses that are split won't be easy!!

I must add I am a fine fit handsome specimen of a man apart from this

I have 5 days off which is going to be great, no plans to do anything besides going out to eat. My wife & I both hate to cook & none of the family is coming up, so we made plans to hit Essen Haus here in Madison which is supposed to put on a pretty good spread for $15.

Who else has plans? Hell who has no plans?
